Bruce Buterbaugh is CCSSO's Chief Financial Officer. In his role, he manages the Council’s financial cycle from transactions to financial reporting and establishes financial policies and procedures so the financial records and reporting are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, He is also responsible for the Council’s investments and the retirement account.

Prior to joining the Council in 1988, Bruce was the Audit Manager for the certified public accounting firm of Ben A. Kendall, CPA.

Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University and is a certified public accountant.
