The first step to improving the ethno-racial diversity of the workforce is to have access to the right data and identify where gaps have persisted. But once states know the problem and where to address gaps, how do they support districts and schools to close those gaps and create diverse workforces at a local level?

Join us on Monday, September 17 at 11 am EST for the second part of our data series, What's in the Data? Using Workforce Data to Address Diversity Gaps, to examine the ways that states have supported districts and schools to identify the right approaches to address their specific diversity gaps. Bill Horwath from Education First will be joined by Cheryl Krohn from the Ohio Department of Education to share their efforts to identify and engage local stakeholders to collaborate on strategies to address workforce gaps.
