  • The DC manages a team of 65+ employees who are collectively responsible for advising on or leading many of the day-to-day functions of TEA; this includes Communications, Human Resources, Governmental Relations, Education Service Center strategy, among others
  • This individual oversees the agency’s strategic planning process, performance management, and progress monitoring process
  • The DC is responsible for facilitating effective internal and external communications to ensure the agency is positioned to effectively execute on legislative and key agency priorities
  • Annual salary is between $185-195K, based on experience
