Steve Canavero Nevada Superintendent and Council of Chief State School Officers member, is testifying today in a subcommittee of the U.S. House Education and the Workforce Committee to urge the U.S. Department of Education to reconsider its proposed regulations on the supplement not supplant provisions of the Every Student Succeeds Act.
